Number of Consumers Threads vs Deadlock Rate

Description
Given a shared ring buffer with 1 producer and a variable number of consumers, test to see the deadlock distribution using a constant ring buffer size (I used 40). Each deadlock percentage was determined by running a shell script that executes 1 producer and at least one consumer, repeated 20 times, and counts the number of successful trials.
