Project #1390 on iSENSEProject.org
As 7th graders we know about earth, but do we really know about earth's place in our solar system? We all know that the earth spins and goes around the sun but do we understand how this actually happens? While working on this project, you will learn about the differences of rotating and revolving, compare the earth to other planets, and analyze tables and charts to further explore our solar system.
Below is the actual lesson plans with standards, a student directions document, and a link to an assessment. Be sure to take the time to examine various charts and tables before filling out the quiz.
