1. Determine your resting heart rate
2. Click "Manual Entry" to right
3. Enter your data manually
4. Go back to experiment page by clicking on title of experiment
5. Check all Data Sets
6. Click Visualize
7. Use the graph functions to determie- MEAN, MAX and MIN heart rate for this class
