As our daily food can vary daily, our bodies do have a recommended calorie intake. Most Americans ignore this, thinking they can eat what ever they wish and still be healthy. this is incorrect however, as the FDA recommends a 2000 calorie intake daily. They also recommend only 65 grams of fat, with 585 calories from fat.
