Making Images with X-Y Coordinates

Description
This is an attempt to create an image using the iSENSE scatter plot - no scientific purpose whatsoever!
I used this cool web app to convert an image file into a list of X and Y coordinates:
http://arohatgi.info/WebPlotDigitizer/app/?
I had to add an extra data point (3000,0) to compensate for the autoscaling of the axes.
