Description
The data in this project come from the American Academy of Arts and Sciences' annual R&D budget reports. Data sources include the National Science Foundation’s National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics and the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Constant-dollar conversions (adjusting for inflation) use OMB’s chained price index.
