Description
Slope practice and analysis.

Purpose:
Determine the mathematical relationship between diameter & circumference of different circles.

Materials: string, meter stick, ruler several round objects (objects should be very different sizes)

Directions:
1. Use a book or straight edge to pin a round object to the wall.
2. Measure the distance straight across (hopefully the center) with the appropriate ruler or meter stick.Be careful to measure the exact distance in cm to the tenths place
3. Record the data.
4. Next wrap a sting around the largest part of the object.
5., Mark off the string with a pencil or pen.
6.Lay the string flat on the desk or floor against the ruler or meter stick
7. Record the data
8. Enter the data into the iSense fields

Analysis:
What relationships develop? (Please include your claim & your evidence for this claim)
