Introductory Survey Ludlow Spring 2015 Workshop

Description
This is an informal survey of participants at the March 22, 2015 teacher workshop in Ludlow, MA.
To complete the survey:
- Log into iSENSE using your email address and password. (Create an account if you need to.)
- Then click on Manual Entry.
Then, enter your data.
- Enter a data set name. Please use your first name.
- Enter your Commute Time to this workshop in integer minutes.
- Enter your Commute Distance to this workshop in decimal miles.
- Enter your typical class size (number of students) as an integer number.
- Select your animal preference.
- For the Location field, use http://itouchmap.com/latlong.html to pick a place you would like to vacation. Then copy the latitude and longitude coordinates into the data set (remember to pay attention to negative numbers).
Then, click Save. (Don't click Add Row).
